Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? No worries.

To cancel your order, simply contact our Customer Care team at 1800 2109 465 or email us at customercare@trusense.in.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to process your cancellation right away.
Once the product is in transit, cancellations may not be possible—but we’ll try our best to assist you.


Returns & Replacements

Your satisfaction is our priority.

At the moment, we do not offer returns for delivered products. However, if you receive an item that’s tampered with or damaged, we’re here to help.
Just drop us an email at customercare@trusense.in with clear photos or videos of the issue, and we’ll take it from there.
Upon verification, we’ll either issue a full refund or send you a replacement—whichever you prefer.
